THE RESERVATION POLICIES AND GUIDELINES OF BALWAS INTERNATIONAL, MUMBAI

• Reservations with check-ins prior to 07:00 hours are held from the previous evening and are billed for from the previous evening itself.
• In the absence of flight or railway arrival details, reservations will be deemed as guaranteed upto 18:00 hours only. However a credit and guarantee or billing letter will ensure that your reservation is held on definite basis, upto your actual time of check-in on the day of reservation.
• Guaranteed reservations may be cancelled upto 24 hours prior to arrival, without any retention charge.
• A one-night's retention charge is leviable on all No-Shows who do not check-in on the day of reservation.
• Check-out time is 12 noon. Late check-outs may be extended upto 15.00 hours, subject to availability.
• Payment shall be directed by either cash or credit card.
